My stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was excellent for accessing public transport and nearby attractions, I faced numerous issues that overshadowed the positives. The staff's abruptness, especially regarding my accessible room and parking situation, left me feeling unsupported. Overall, I found my stay lacking in several key areas of comfort and service.

My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel's location near public transport was incredibly convenient for my travels, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the room I received felt cramped with poorly functioning heating and inadequate lighting, which significantly detracted from my comfort. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing with cold offerings that did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in felt claustrophobic, especially with slanting ceilings and tiny windows. The heating did not work properly, leaving me cold in the morning. Lighting was stark and uninviting, lacking any soft options.
